Public Tour 2 - The Pier Head: Liverpool Looks to the World
Three vast, swaggering Edwardian commercial and maritime palaces line the bank of the Mersey at the Pier Head. This tour focuses on the grand, confident face which Liverpool presents to the ocean and to the world. Known as the Three Graces, these imposing buildings have recently been joined by a fourth, the striking, fascinating Museum of Liverpool, a museum dedicated solely to the culture, history and ethos of this unique city.

We strongly advise pre-booking. If places are available, however, payment in cash on the day is possible.
Our tours operate in all weathers. Liverpool presents different faces in rain and shine. If it's cold or raining, simply wrap up well or bring an umbrella.
Sometimes buildings may be closed owing to unforeseen circumstances. As our walking tours are intended to be fluid and easy-going, we will simply include a venue of equal interest along the way to make up for any disappointment.
